Tim was born and raised in Los Angeles. Despite pitstops in the Bay Area and New York City, Tim is an Angeleno through and through.

Being in LA, he’s seen his fair share of Hollywood actors. He’s also seen a lot of agents acting as if they have your best interest in mind. Tim has experienced this first-hand, when he bought a property and vowed to change that.

Since then his motto has been - fewer clients, deeper connections.

When Tim is not talking about real estate, he loves talking about Sports and Tech. He currently resides in the South Bay with his wife and two boys.
